30 Day Ride Guarantee
We are very confident in our products hence why we offer a Ride Guarantee, which applies should you not be satisfied with a quality, manufacturing, ride performance or related issue on the product purchased. External matters or changes of mind are not applicable under this guarantee for return or refund.
Our Ride Guarantee and Returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canβt offer you a refund.
Should you have a return and be eligible under our 30 Day Guarantee, please contact our support team in order to arrange the return of the product. Please keep in mind return shipping costs are not covered by us.
Warranty
We warrant our Electric Bikes & Scooters for the Term of 1 Year. Skateboards are 6 Months and any Parts or Accessories are subject to a 3 Month Warranty. Please see our full terms on our Warranty Page.
Please Contact a member of our support staff to arrange repair of product. We will then assess and advise you to take your product to a local store, technician or ultimately return it to us for further attention and depending on the scenario, we may be able to send you replacement parts or cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping & Deliveries
Shipping is FREE Over $100 in Australia or a Flat $8 under $100. There is a $199 Shipping Fee for Remote and Rural Locations

We ship with many courier companies based on your order and location. These include Toll Ipec, TNT, Aramex, Couriers Please, Australia Post & More. You may also have the option to choose your delivery preference at the checkout based on services we may have on offer for your particular item of purchase.
